About AGES Maut System
AGES is one of the leading European service providers for road user charges - for more than 25 years, the company has been developing and operating country-specific and cross-border toll systems. AGES' services include customer administration, point of sale networks and payment transactions - the company is thus responsible for an annual toll volume of almost six billion euros and the operation of several hundred points of sale in eight European countries. AGES has been a key partner in the German HGV toll system since its introduction in 2005. In addition, AGES acts as the sole service provider for the transnational Eurovignette, which was introduced in 1995 and is still in use today in Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden. As a partner of Satellic NV, AGES is significantly involved in the user registration and payment processes of the Belgian HGV toll launched in 2016. Since October 2021, AGES has been responsible for the registration of customers, users and vehicles as well as essential processes in the authorisation and settlement of payments at the Polish e-TOLL. Based on its many years of experience with payment services and point-of-sale services, AGES today operates a plug'n play payment system for credit/fuel cards on the one hand and an extensive point-of-sale network in eight European countries on the other.
