Welcome! I'm Travis Friot, the Founder and Elder Advocate of AgeWell Advocacy. AgeWell Advocacy is a virtual geriatric care management service that really started when I was 13. I volunteered in a local nursing home and from there I knew that I wanted to support elders and people that care for them. Throughout my career, I realized that caregivers need more support and elders can often have a better quality of life with the right advocate. Struggling to care for an aging parent or loved one? Looking for solutions to your own aging challenges? You’re not alone. Caring for an older loved one, or navigating your own challenges with aging, can be overwhelming, confusing, and isolating. You’re trying to make the best decisions, but there’s no roadmap. That’s where I come in.
