We are Agrekal, a leading company in development, manufacturing and marketing of light weight growth substrates and planting blends, which are based on Perlite and Vermiculite- minerals of volcanic origin that overgo a unique swelling process in high temperatures in our plant in Israel, for over 70 years. Perlite and Vermiculite have many advantages, which is why they are used as smart solutions in various fields - agriculture, landscaping, construction, and environmental protection. We, in Agrekal, have over 70 years of excellence, professional and profound experience. Our plant was established in the early fifties by the pioneers of “Moshav Ha'Bonim”, who relied on the unique knowledge they acquired from their experience in the volcanic mines in South Africa and as farmers. Since then and until this day, we continue to supply our customers smart and advanced solutions of the highest standards, along with professional guidance in assimilation and implementation of the materials.
