AGRI-APP focuses on three key pillars that prioritise people, who are at the forefront of everything we do and the heart of our business. The first part of our business is all to do with Recruitment, helping to bridge the gap between Job Seekers and Businesses. Whether its finding the right fit for your team and your business, or placing an advert on our website; we are here to help the recruitment process run smoothly and easily. The second part of our business provides individuals with the opportunity to build and strengthen their skills in preparation for an interview or new step in their career. We offer online workshops that individuals can book onto that review 'Top Tips when preparing for an Interview', or 'Top Tips for writing or refreshing a CV'. These are often skills we would like to develop but so often do not have a chance to do so. The remaining part of AGRI-APP surrounds Mental Health in the farming community, a topic so widely felt but equally so unfortunately silent due to stigma. We have a team of professional Mental Health Practitioners with 10 years experience who visit businesses and run Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops. These are designed to raise awareness, educate and inform, provide each attendee with skills to recognise signs and signals in themselves and their peers, ask questions and advice in a safe and open forum, and ultimately help each and every participant that attends. We will break down the stigma, and we will do that together. In partnership with We are Farming Minds Charity, we offer end-to-end support with our workshops to raise awareness and provide support, a 24 hour helpline with trained volunteers, a counselling service and charity events to join the community together and build relationships. Farming can be isolating, we want to change this. Ultimately all parts of AGRI-APP are designed to help as many people as possible, to prioritise people as well as the job.
