AGRI-HR (www.agri-hr.com) specialises in the recruitment of the highest calibre of workers for farming & fresh produce businesses in the UK & Europe. We will work very hard for our farming & fresh produce customers and applicants alike to ensure crops can be grown, harvested and packed efficiently and for the applicants to enjoy a rewarding period of employment in agriculture and fresh produce. AGRI-HR is one of the Seasonal Worker Scheme Operators. We have recruitment hubs in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Bulgaria and our Head-Office is the UK. All candidates complete an on-line application form (www.agri-hr.com), are invited to a on-line interview with one of our team and successful applicants are them invited to a face-to-face event. During this event the candidates meet the AGRI-HR team, complete a colour blindness and dexterity test and receive a pre-departure orientation presentation by one of our Branch Directors. All candidates are required to provide a health certificate and criminal record check before they depart to the farm. Return workers are dealt with through our returnee hub. Over 50% of the workers we place are return workers. We support all candidates with their VISA application and travel arrangements to ensure an orderly arrival at the farm.
