About AgriPlex Genomics
AgriPlex Genomics was formed in 2014 with the goal of creating a platform for targeted sequencing and genotyping in very large populations. We specialize in focused, simultaneous analysis of limited numbers of loci (few to several hundreds) in any number of DNA samples in support of animal and plant breeders. The multiplexed Next-Gen PlexSeq™ platform will greatly improve throughput and efficiency while significantly reducing costs.
