About AGT - Administração Geral Tributária
The General Tax Administration (AGT) is the only taxation body of the Republic of Angola, which results from the integration of the National Tax Authority (DNI), the National Customs Service (NNA) and the Executive Project for Tax Reform (PERT), approved by Presidential Decree No. 324/14. With the creation of the General Tax Administration, the mission and objectives of the Tax and Customs Administration are renewed, greater coordination is ensured in the execution of fiscal and customs policies, and a more efficient allocation and use of existing resources is guaranteed. A Administração Geral Tributária (AGT) é o organismo tributário único da República de Angola que resulta da integração da Direcção Nacional de Impostos (DNI), do Serviço Nacional das Alfândegas (SNA) e do Projecto Executivo para a Reforma Tributária (PERT), aprovado pelo Decreto Presidencial n.º 324/14. Com a criação da Administração Geral Tributária, renovam-se a missão e os objectivos da Administração Fiscal e Aduaneira, assegura-se uma maior coordenação na execução das políticas fiscais e aduaneiras e garante-se uma alocação e utilização mais eficiente dos recursos existentes.
