AGVAR is a group of architects with substantial experience and expertise in URBAN RENOVATION, more specifically in the housing sector. We have been actively engaged in the urban renovation of our city, Bilbao, with significant projects we are very proud of. AGVAR architects adds our know-how and expertise, dynamism and implication for the benefit of a successful process such as the transformation of Bilbao, internationally recognized. We do believe that cities should be at the service of human beings, to which they should adjust their structures. For that purpose, we work on social integration, sustainability and the best optimization of the space in all our projects, especially on the dwellings, our leading product. We contribute with quality, warmth, design, new materials, spaces and resources optimisation and the professionalism, rigour and experience of the AGVAR TEAM. AGVAR works with the highest management quality standars in order to attain the best results. We include energy efficiency and design according to RIBA Plan of Work. Moreover, we are open to multi-disciplinary partnerships since we do believe that cities are made for and by everyone.
