AHL are committed to improve the quality of life of those we serve. AHL Healthcare Group is made up of 3 Divisions. At Home Living, Bridges to Success, and Assisted Living. At Home Living is our Adult Foster care division. We offer adult foster care communities in many counties here in Minnesota, including Lake County, St. Louis County, Washington County, Sherburne County, Anoka County and northern Hennepin County. Most homes are co-ed, and several are handicap-accessible. Each home serves four adults in a home-like setting. If you are searching for just the right fit—either for a loved one, a client or yourself—we encourage you to come in for a visit. Bridges to Success provides short and long-term supportive services to adults with physical and mental disabilities who are living at home, with a family member or out in the community, Bridges (Building Relationships and Independence through Determination, Guidance and Educated Supports) The services we offer include: Day programming, Independent and supported living skills, Behavioral services, Homemaking and cleaning services, Companion and transportation services, Housing access, supported employment as well as many other individualized services. Our Assisted Living division provides exceptional standard of living in Duluth and Wrenshall Minnesota! In this division we serve aging adults, adults with mental health disabilities and adults with physical disabilities. Caring for a loved one who is aging or has a disability can be challenging.
