About AI In Africa

‘AI in Africa’ is a Social Impact programme of the Kgalema Motlanthe Foundation and Fliptin Venture Builders. This series of bootcamps exposes learners to AI concepts and ethics, as well as the design thinking process, pitching techniques and building chatbots and image classifiers It is a unique opportunity for learners, their schools and their teachers to be introduced to the technology while networking and being mentored by leaders in tech and business. The intervention is aimed at placing girls at the centre of solving social problems.
