AIAMC (The Alliance of Independent Academic Medical Centers) is the only educational community supporting independent teaching hospitals. We are committed to excellence in medical education and research in independently governed academic medical centers. We are a national organization of approximately 70 independent teaching hospitals committed to delivering exceptional patient care through education and innovation. The AIAMC has more than a 30-year track record of leveraging graduate medical education (GME) as a strategic asset to achieve better outcomes. Through networking, sharing of information, roadmaps, research and best practices, the Alliance equips members to find and implement effective solutions to their care quality and patient safety challenges.
