About AICR Italia

AICR (International Friendship of 4 and 5 star Deputy Directors and Heads of Reception) is an Association established on the French Riviera in 1964, which has extended over the years to almost all European nations (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, United United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Poland, Estonia) as well as Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Qatar. The Italian section, on the initiative of some "Pioneers" of Milan, was born in 1994. To be admitted to the Amicale, and remain in the status of Ordinary Member, you must be employed in a 4 or 5 star hotel and have held one of the professional qualifications for at least a year: Resident Mgr - Deputy Director - RDM - Head of Reception - FOM - Management Assistant - Reservations Mgr. - Revenue Mgr These are some of the goals that Amicale intends to achieve: Facilitate and strengthen professional relationships between members, bringing out and better understanding the importance of their profession. Organize conferences and training courses in order to improve the professional quality of its members Promote and develop both professional growth and the integration of members from different countries. Being part of our Amicale generates contact between members at a national and international level which turns out to be very important, from the point of view of the friendly and professional relationship. It is very useful for having valid points of reference for exchanging professional experiences, communications on jobs and for providing a better service to customers. As regards the friendly aspect, it is an important meeting point through local, national and international meetings. Promotes the "The Young Receptionist of the Year" competition, for the evaluation of the best Receptionist employee representing Italy in the international selections. Organizes the National Members' Congress and participates in Amicale's international events.
