AID Coaching is a global, volunteer-led coaching collective created by former USAID-affiliated coaches. Our mission is to provide human-centered, purpose-driven coaching to professionals in the international development, humanitarian, and foreign affairs sectors navigating transition, uncertainty, and leadership challenges.
