Since 1948, AIESEC, a not-for-profit organization, has provided a platform reuniting the academic and the professional world, giving students the opportunity to activate their leadership potential through an integrated development experience, as well as providing companies, institutions and NGOs with the ideal solution of global recruitment. For many companies, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find dedicated, highly qualified employees. AIESEC can help you with this! Our members are used to operating in an international environment, working in a team and successfully implementing jointly developed strategies. Through our established selection procedures, both for membership and for our global internship program, we ensure that participating students are highly motivated to achieve the goals they have set for themselves. Many of our members have taken on leadership roles within the organization, managed teams of up to 30 people, developed and led their own projects to success, and/or gained valuable international experience through one of our internships. Through regular workshops and conferences, in which you also have the opportunity to participate, we ensure a constant further education of our members. This provides you with intensive contact to highly motivated, globally thinking young people with a wide range of talents and experiences. By participating in one of our events, you have the opportunity to present your company to an interested audience as an attractive employer and to develop new ideas and concepts in cooperation with the students. Our global internship program gives you access to well-trained students from a wide range of disciplines from over 100 countries. Our interns can help you handle the ever-increasing internationalization of the global economy and give you new insights into the culture of their countries of origin.
