About AIESEC in Lithuania
We recruit high potential talents and develop leaders. Activating youth leadership since 1948 in +120 countries and territories AIESEC Lithuania core activities are: 1) Business expansion program - for more than 33 years already, we are successfully working with business expansion program. Thanks to Lithuanian companies and AIESEC, we have employed over 70 young specialists from abroad, who are helping companies to reach their goals in international markets. 2) International internships for students and graduates - in less than each 30 minutes, one young person is leaving his country to participate in AIESEC internship program. We provide unique ability for youth to develop themselves in CSR projects and international companies abroad. By this program we create more than 20,000 life-changing experiences annually. 3) Leadership development - around 50% of AIESEC Lithuania Alumni are working in executive positions. We provide young people a business based platform where they get the skills needed for today. AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization developing the leadership potential of young people. Present in 128 countries and territories across 2600 universities, we provide students and recent graduates with life-changing experiences to intern or volunteer abroad within partner organizations. We partner at global level with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to local enterprises in developing and sourcing their global talent needs across our network.
