About Aigner Chocolates
Aigner Chocolates is one of the oldest chocolate shops in NYC making and retailing handcrafted confections since 1930. All of our chocolate is produced using antique equipment and recipes passed down through the generations. In 2015 husband and wife, Mark Libertini and Rachel Kellner took over Aigner Chocolates after buying it from the Aigner Family who owned and operated it for 3 generations. The new owners have brought old world chocolate making into the 21st century while continuing a rich family tradition.
