About AIIM Choices

AIIM Choices is an independent award-winning NDIS Plan Management Specialist. Our approach is to provide plan management services that wrap around the needs of each participant and their support team. We see our role as empowering the participants we support to develop their potential. We have a national footprint with a personalised focus. AIIM Choices commenced offering services to the NDIS community in 2016. Although our head office is based in regional Victoria at Wodonga, we have clients in diverse locations across all states and territories. We have great pride in diverse background of staff, many with lived experience in the working with and supporting individuals with disability. Many of staff have their first language other than Australian. We know how important for participants to talk to us in their natural language. AIIM Choices wants to take the stress out of the NDIS for the participant, with an array of knowledge and expertise arising from our experience. We are dedicated to assisting participants get the most out of their funding package. Our professional Plan Management team focuses on saving the participant time and removes the burden of the day-to-day administration that comes with an NDIS plan, such as processing of invoices and keeping track of expenditure.
