AiM Medical Technologies, LLC (AiM) is a privately held company with Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. It was founded by Dr. Richard C. Farmer in 2004. AiM received it’s 510(k) FDA approval for it's innovative Product, The Vascular Mapping Device Kit that soon became well-accepted on an international level. Dr. Farmer has now taken the company in a new direction. The Sonon 300C and SONON 300L ultrasound probes are the first truly wireless probes on the market. The unsurpassed technology of the probes transforms them into WiFi routers and, when connected wirelessly to the SONON router, a tablet becomes an Ultrasound monitor. Furthermore, providers can transmit images and recordings in a DICOM format securely to a PACS system or directy into a patient's EMR. The SONON probe is powerful yet portable; it's small enough to fit into a lab coat. Battery lifetime is 2.5 scanning hours and 12 hours standby time.
