About AIM Supports

Founded in 2017, AIM Supports is a disability services agency providing person-centered, community-based support to individuals experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across Oregon. Our mission is simple: to build meaningful relationships that foster growth, safety, and independence. At the heart of AIM Supports is a dedicated team of compassionate professionals—people who show up with consistency, care, and a shared belief that relationships are everything. We know that strong, lasting relationships between individuals, families, staff, and partners are the foundation for meaningful progress and long-term success. Our services are rooted in trust, collaboration, and a deep commitment to quality. We offer: Community Living Supports (CLS) for adults and children A 24-hour adult group home supporting individuals with elevated needs Hands-on, personalized support strategies that reflect each person’s goals, routines, and preferences Consistent team communication and shared planning to ensure every support is aligned and intentional Since 2017, AIM Supports has continued to grow by staying true to what matters most—relationships. Whether we’re mentoring staff, coordinating services, or supporting day-to-day independence, we believe that relationships aren’t just part of our work—they define it.
