In my work as a sales manager for SaaS systems I talked on a daily basis to Retail, hotel & restaurant managers. She knows what employee is most suited, depending on expected sales and customer flow the coming days. She will give you advices on how to raise the quality and competence of your staff. And she just gets smarter and smarter while she gets to know your business. Not bad, right! This is done learning from the systems you already have in your shop. She unifies these on one platform, and make them easy, motivating & predictive! The "tools" you have in your business is your staff, your items and your customers.
