Growing from Jim Jones' garage used as a small repair center for compressor valves in 1966 to 43,750 square feet of work space at three different locations in Arkansas & Pennsylvania, Air Compressor Equipment Company has established itself as an industry-leading performer. A family-owned and operated company, ACEC was incorporated in 1971 as Pre-Valve Co., Inc. and became Air Compressor Equipment Company in 1976. ACEC is now owned and operated by Johnny & Sandra Jones with their sons Brice & Reece Jones taking up the reins for the third generation of Jones' to assist in the company's success. The story of ACEC is a family one and made up of vision, perseverance, and determination. In addition to its outstanding sales and service, ACEC has also become an authority in design and engineering for high spec compression systems for air, natural gas, and nitrogen. ACEC takes pride in fabricating non-catalog systems and can package equipment with maximum discharge pressures up to 6,000PSIG.
