Air Con Serve Pty. Ltd. is a privately owned South Australian company and one of Adelaide’s leading suppliers of Building Automation technology. ACS commenced business in 1978 and has installed over 500 Building Management Systems since the introduction of microprocessor based controls for commercial buildings in the mid 80’s. Air Con Serve is trained and certified in multiple BMS controls systems, which provides us the ability to select the best system for a particular client’s needs, and also to provide maintenance and support to buildings installed by other BMS vendors. With 36 full time employees whose qualifications include electrical, electronic and mechatronic engineers, A-Class electricians and air conditioning & refrigeration technicians, we are able to call upon centuries of combined experience to design, install and service control systems - ranging from early pneumatic systems right through to the latest web & I.T. based systems. Lead by a board of four directors - all of whom are still involved full time in project design, management and programming - we pride ourselves on supplying our customers with the latest technologies and providing systems that achieve the highest possible levels of efficiency and comfort. Air Con Serve has an extensive knowledge and experience working in both the construction industry on new buildings and in expanding and upgrading existing Brownfield sites. Our clients range, but are not limited to, the following sectors, office, retail, hotel, teaching, research & medical facilities, and not for only for multi-story single building sites, but for multi building sites and large campuses.
