Air Ventures LLC provides high quality concession concepts and superior customer service in settings in airports across the United States that are visually appealing and inviting to all travelers. We partner with globally recognized and regionally respected brands and generate our own innovative concepts such as the Grille District in Washington’s Reagan Airport. Air Ventures has grown to include 26 operations in eight (8) different airports in the United States. We understand all aspects of the airport concession world from the RFP process, construction and opening and operation of concessions. One essential component of our continued success has been our focus on customer service, great brands and concepts, the consistent development and maintenance of good relationships with airport developers, landlords and the travelling public. Currently Air Ventures operates the following restaurants, bars and quick service units in the following U.S. airports: • Boston Logan Airport (2008 – Present): Peets Coffee, Lucca Restaurant and Bar, Otto Pizza, Not Your Average Joes, and N.E.-MKT. To open in 2022: Hudsons Coffee • Washington Reagan National Airport (2015 – present): Grille District Restaurant • New York John F.
