About Airtech Mechanical Services

Airtech Engineering was established in 1944 shortly after World War II. Originally founded by Harold Price, He saw the need for the design build approach and made it the center piece of his profession. “Design-build offered the ideal solution because we sold direct to owners of existing building” according to Harold. “Owners didn't want to deal with multiple contractors and consultants for these retro projects. They wanted a single source.” Harold’s early work was the springboard to our design-build approach. Over fifty years later, it is still in the owner’s best interest. Through the years, Airtech Engineering has grown into a full service, single source, value engineering firm. We specialize in HVAC design-build construction. We engineer, manufacture, install and service HVAC systems in the commercial arena. We provide significant value and cost saving to our customers through our unique approach and designs. The greatest advantage of the design-build approach is that the engineers who design the system are the same engineers that build your system.
