About Airwiggles

Airwiggles was born from a simple idea: to create a space for audio people that is built by the community for the community. Together we've built a thriving internet neighbourhood where beginners and professionals alike can socialise, network, and share their knowledge. We've become the go-to place to ask questions and receive high-quality in-depth answers. We host and organise a variety of community-driven events throughout the year, from competitions, challenges and tournaments to workshops, masterclasses and our yearly large-scale online audio conference. All of them are completely free to join and take part in and they provide users with opportunities to learn, collaborate, win prizes and share their work! Our biggest event of the year is the Airwiggles Audio Conference (aka. AirCon) a free annual online audio conference which in 2024 it had over 4,800 live attendees. So far we've worked with over 20 sponsors to invest more than $30,000 of audio gear, plugins and sound libraries into the community. Our aim is to empower the audio community by bringing people together and making knowledge accessible.
