About Aistii
Aistii was born out of the desire of Finland's leading working life experts to make the secrets of leadership, productivity, interaction and well-being visible. This work has been carried out with university professors, researchers as well as the CEOs and HR directors of companies. We noticed that traditional personnel and well-being surveys provide insufficient visibility into employees' coping and productivity barriers, and often there are no indicators for the effectiveness of possible measures. At Aistii, we have developed a novel productivity and well-being service that assesses the success of supervisors, the fluency of business operations as well as the employee's overall well-being and motivation, thereby promoting productivity growth in a more responsible manner and making it part of the company's strategy. Deficiencies in management, employee coping or meaningfulness of work lead to both loss of motivation and inefficiency at work, which in turn leads to a lack of productivity, quality, safety and disease risks. Our service helps to identify, among other things, the productivity gap, the commitment of people and the quality of leadership. With the help of in-depth information, the root causes of problems can be found, and through this, the focus of measures can be placed on the success, productivity and coping of the company and individuals.
