About Aistii

Aistii was born out of the desire of Finland's leading working life experts to make the secrets of leadership, productivity, interaction and well-being visible. This work has been carried out with university professors, researchers as well as the CEOs and HR directors of companies. We noticed that traditional personnel and well-being surveys provide insufficient visibility into employees' coping and productivity barriers, and often there are no indicators for the effectiveness of possible measures.
