Ajinomoto Fine-Techno Co., Inc. is part of the Ajinomoto Group and serves as the core entity of the Ajinomoto Group’s fine chemicals business. The Ajinomoto Group’s history started from the commercialization of umami seasoning AJI-NO-MOTO®, just after Dr. Kikunae Ikeda had discovered the taste of “umami” in 1908. Since then, the Ajinomoto Group has continuously offered new and innovative solutions and turned them into commercial products. That same DNA of the founders runs through our veins nowadays at Ajinomoto Fine-Techno Co., Inc.
