Right now Our Primary Assignment is to help home owners with loans held by American Home Mortgage Serving Incorporated and President Obamas, Home Affordable Modification Program a.k.a. HAMP Program. From the month of March through November there were 3.1 million home owners that qualified for the HAMP Program. Out of that only 31,000 loans were modified. The others were denied mostly due to improper documents being submitted. That’s a 96% failure rate. Our mission is to assist home owners with the preparation and packaging of their loan modification request.
