We are AK Active, and we believe that in order to be truly fit and healthy, you must be healthy in both body and mind. That’s why we are not just your average gym, we are an amazing community of support, here for you. We know that 1 in 6 people suffer from mental health issues (according to The World Health Organisation) and that’s just those who are diagnosed! We work to free people of this mindset. Our mission therefore is for you to leave our studio in a better mood than when you entered it, we want to be the highlight of your day! Come and join us and see how you can be fit and healthy AND enjoy yourself every step of the way! We know that quick fix diets don’t work either, so with us, you can still eat the foods you love and still lose weight! We don’t believe in chicken and rice diets. We will show you how to live, eat and train sustainably, after all, it’s only sustainable if you LOVE it, and trust us, you will.
