AKAD was established by our founder Eli Cohen more than two decades ago in Israel. From the beginning we dedicated ourselves to designing and creating state of the art dies in-house with the best materials to achieve the most cost-effective result for our customers. Our passion for our work has meant that AKAD has steadily grown to now command 95% of the industry market share in Israel. The secret to our success has been listening and understanding our clients’ needs and creating dies and tools made to perfection. AKAD is a small family business and we regard our clients as members of our extended family. We pride ourselves on our loyal client base which features long standing customers that have been with us since we opened our doors. PROGRESSIVE DIES We design and manufacture dies for various industries, including medical equipment, air conditioning, automotive, and aeronautical businesses. AKAD’s progressive die designs repeatedly increase our clients’ productivity by enabling several tasks in their production lines to be executed consecutively from original material to final stage. Every AKAD die is made in-house and is easy to assemble and disassemble for fast and easy maintenance and repairs. Our four-step process: Each process begins with a preliminary meeting in which we learn about our client’s needs. We then proceed to design their ultimate product, customised to meet all of their needs. Once approved, we set out to manufacture the perfect dies, using high-quality materials that guarantee long-lasting use. The client then receives a top-notch die and a product file. All of our products are eligible for door-to-door pickup and delivery. Our dies can be used with any type of metal, including stainless steel, steel and aluminum. The maximum length we are able to create is 1800mm, multi station.
