About Akademia Lospuma

The Akademia Lospuma is a special training scheme set up to help develop players young and old. The Academy is the first facility in Poland to have high performance coaching and training resources offered to Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Athletics, Table Tennis, and Swimming. This world class facilities cater to all levels of players development from grassroots to elite performers. It also deliver internationally accridated programs for all ages and competencies. The Academy runs an Elite Soccer School which will be the first independent, professional football academy, offering an alternative to professional club system. With support from the European Union Regional Development Funds, the primary goal of the Academy is to offer a genuine route back into professional football for some of the youngsters discarded by professional system in the form of a residencial Elite Soccer School. The launch announcement states that players will be recruited from around the world, especially from Africa, South America and the Far East with a view to making substantial profit by selling the players´ registrations and other economic benefits, such as image rights, to professional clubs. The funds are intended to be used to pour money into smaller clubs who may be in financial difficulties, enabling them to buy or hold on to younger players for longer.
