We do so by setting a culture of transparency within our team. We also are passionate about our personal responsibility to the environment and to your supports. Sustainability means reducing our impact on the environment by being paperless where possible and donating to tree planting programs to reduce our emissions. It also means a responsibility on our impact on participants and their NDIS plan, and ensuring we are communicating issues that may impact the long-term sustainability of their plan. Lastly, responsible service means working to create a closer, more connected community through community lunches, programs, and sponsoring initiatives such as local sporting clubs and events. We want to be involved in the community, rather than just another business.
