Alain Milliat is a French company that places FRUIT at the heart of its expertise. Its workshop is located in the Drôme region, in the heart of France's top fruit-growing area. It produces: - Tasting fruit juices and nectars - Natural fruit drinks, both still and sparkling (iced teas and infusions, lemonades, ready-to-drink natural sodas) - A 100% organic collection of concentrates to dilute, used as a base for fruity cocktails - Jams with more than 60% fruit content Alain Milliat, the founder of the company, is the grandson and son of farmers, and also a farmer himself. In 1997, after about fifteen years at the head of the family farm, he created his first six juices and nectars, which he sent to sommeliers at 60 high-end establishments. 55 of them featured his products on their menus. Thus began the adventure... Boosted by its success with gourmet restaurants, the company caught the attention of other fine dining establishments, major hotels, and gourmet stores.
