Alazar Technologies Inc. (AlazarTech) was founded in 2003 with the goal of serving the test and measurement market, in general, and the embedded waveform digitizer (OEM) market segment, in particular, by providing highly differentiated, high performance instrumentation products at affordable prices. AlazarTech is in the business of helping customers measure and analyze high frequency analog signals in real time. As these signals are analog in nature, they are incomprehensible to computers. We convert these analog signals into digital patterns that computers can understand and analyze. Our unique Dual Port Memory architecture allows customer-written software applications to analyze and render this data in real time. Main applications of AlazarTech products are in Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Fiber sensing, Microscopy and RF signal recording. Our customers are constantly conceiving novel applications for our products - something that makes life very exciting at the company. PCI Express bus based data acquisition has been the mainstay of AlazarTech products. With sustained data transfer rates of 6.8 GB/s ad sample rates up to 4 GS/s, customers can analyze and store signals that were unimaginable only a few years ago. AlazarTech provides extensive and robust software support for its products, including C, C++, C#, MATLAB(R) and LabVIEW(R). Windows and Linux operating systems are supported.
