Projects by The Albany Group in the UK include West Heath Place, a luxury collection of apartments in NW11; Fairways, an eight-bedroom luxury residence located just off The Bishops Avenue and 2 Kew Bridge, a unique former office building which has been transformed into 35 high specification apartments, along with a new residential building comprising nine apartments. Always looking for new investment hot spots across the globe, The Albany Group recently expanded its investment portfolio overseas to Long Island in New York, where an exclusive new residential development is currently under construction. Completion is expected in late 2017.
