Through our deep relationships and broad sourcing capabilities, we find quality, new and creative managers and direct investments, which we bring to the attention of our institutional clients. Due Diligence Albemarle conducts due diligence calls and interviews with C-level employees of private equity firms and funds, including 1) executive management and other key professionals, 2) service providers, such as legal counsel, auditor, and 3) references. We review all marketing material, audits, legal documents and other critical information. Albemarle Capital conducts an operational review, ensuring that the fund or general partnership employs best practices, which our institutional investors require. Capital Placement We listen carefully to our relationships' wants and needs; listening is a skill critical to our clients, and it is essential to our success.
