Aldbury FD provides the services of David Parry, a commercial interim finance director with extensive experience in entrepreneurial SME businesses, including private equity backed and AIM listed companies. We are able to provide leadership and full responsibility for clients’ finance departments, developing and mentoring existing staff and helping to recruit new employees as required. Alternatively, we can augment a company’s senior management team by providing additional experienced financial resource to focus on specific projects such as corporate transactions. Primary sector experience includes technology (communications, software, clean-tech and electronics), professional services, FMCG and retail, and has encompassed R&D, manufacturing, distribution, systems integration, support and professional services. Assignments can be tailored to individual company needs and, according to availability, may be on a full-time or part-time basis. We have been introduced to interim FD assignments by private equity houses on several occasions having previously been successful in other portfolio businesses.
