We can provide; - Targeted one off visits with full website review against government standards, a day at your provision assessing and analysing all areas of practice with a written report and “next steps” for improvement. - Coaching and mentoring for trust directors, CEO's, principals and vice-principals. Independent support for directors, principals and headteachers performance management. - Contextualised safeguarding reviews. - Trust-wide reviews and action planning. - Independent advice and support for Governors. - Conflict resolution. - Continuous Professional Development (CPD). - Full provision website reviews. Our lead consultant is a VNET associate, Challenge Partner Lead Reviewer and an OFG School improvement partner
