Product sourcing is a huge part of what we do and for additional insights we offer field to fork days to demonstrate the process from the farm to cooking and sampling product in our onsite “Butchers Kitchen”. We have all the relevant accreditations that are the absolute essential in the 21st century for being allowed to be a professional operator in the modern food supply industry. Aldens invests heavily in the quality assurance department. We are proud to have been awarded BRC Grade A for the last 19 years. We have internal and external Quality Audits and ongoing processes that we live by in the business. We own our own transport and offer timed deliveries using the very latest vehicle tracking technology as well as professionally trained and uniformed drivers.
