Free Consultations We provide a free initial consultation where we come out and meet with you and discuss all of your ideas. 3D Designs + Permitting From there, we invite you into our showroom to view deck board samples and go over a complimentary 3D design to help showcase all of your great ideas. Further, we're able to provide you with additional design ideas you may not have thought of yet. Another unique feature to Alder and Oak is our we do all of our permitting in-house. We do not outsource this which provides us with an intimate knowledge of any and all building codes pertaining to your project. Build Once we have an agreed upon design and signed contract, we're able to schedule your build. Our crews that build your deck are experts in all things decking and undergo multiple trainings a year. We do daily inspections on all builds and continuously check-in on progress ensuring you're happy every step of the way.
