We’ve been on the inside of the construction industry, working for some of the largest contractors and consultants in the country and because of that we understand how they work, and the importance of each role to achieve a successful project. Our years of first-hand experience liaising between all the different stakeholders involved in large and small projects puts us in a unique position to act on your behalf and help you to negotiate the many twists and turns involved in shepherding a project from inception through to final completion, ensuring you get the best possible results and value for money. With more than 20 years of experience, Sam Alderson and the Team know the construction industry from the inside, having learned their trade working for some of the largest contractors and consultants in the country on projects with values between £1m and £50m. In various roles – including Quantity Surveying and Project Management - they’ve worked on some of the country’s most demanding building projects for both Local Authorities and developers in the residential, educational, retail, aviation, hospitality, rail and leisure sectors to name a few. This experience - from cost planning, feasibility studies and contract administration through to procurement, sub-contracting and project management - has left Sam and the Team in a unique position when it comes to understanding both the needs of clients and the pressures of specifying, costing and delivering a demanding build or refurbishment.
