The Most Authentic Tequila Experience in the World By following traditional methods and only using the highest quality raw materials, we deliver a tequila that has stunning flavor and superior quality. Our jimadors hand-cut each agave and meticulously place them in brick ovens to cook for nearly 3 days before beginning our process fermentation, using a single strain of wild yeast. After the second distillation, our master distiller selects only the “heart” of the liquid for aging or bottling. Every aspect of our production ensures we maintain integrity of our liquid. This ensures that as you pour yourself some Aldez Tequila, you are experiencing pure, authentic, organic tequila that empowers you to experience good, clean, living. Certified, Pure & Unmanipulated Being Certified Organic in the US (USDA) and EU (Bioagricert) means every aspect of our production has to adhere to strict guidelines for quality. Our fields don’t use any chemicals or pesticides, and we never add glycerin, coloring, or artificial flavoring to manipulate our tequila. Aldez Tequila is in the process of getting OK Kosher, upholding the highest standards of kosher law, and naturally gluten free. Eco-Conscious Our one-of-a-kind bottles are made from recycled Coca-Cola bottles and our labels are sourced from recycled paper. The bottled is sealed using 100% natural compressed cork. Careful consideration was put into selecting how we produced our product in order to minimize our carbon footprint. We only have one planet and we strive to do our part in taking care of it.
