Aleaciones Estampadas S.A. – AESA is a spanish leader company in forging of non-ferrous alloys (lightweight alloys). AESA manufactures forged metal parts (aluminium, brass, copper, magnesium and titanium) from the design phase till the surface treatment, and T6 Heat treatment. Our spacious and flexible machine park contains forging presses up to 1200Tn and many machining centres CNC including 5 Axis machining which permit us manufacture different sizes of the series. Rapid Tooling facilities. AESA is specialized in manufacture aluminum forged parts for the manufacturers of Urban Mobility Vehicles, such as components of electric bicycles, skates, manual and electric scooters, electric motorcycles, etc. The most common parts are: bicycle levers, brake levers, aluminium seatposts, bicycle crankset, electric scooter rims, skateboard axles, skateboard trucks, skateboard hanger, suspension parts and shock absorbers, small aluminum wheels, etc.
