Alejandra Collective, originally known as Continente Dorado, was founded in 2020 with a mission to create timeless, high-quality accessories for modern women who seek empowerment and individuality through their style. The brand's founder and Creative Director, Alejandra Abondano, is an Australian-Colombian designer who grew up immersed in a culture that deeply values style and the art of craftsmanship. With a passion for design from an early age, Alejandra brings her unique creativity and vision to Alejandra Collective. Recognizing a gap in the Australian market for sustainable accessories that not only elevate women's confidence but also honor ancestral techniques, Alejandra envisioned a brand that would connect her with her Colombian roots while offering unique, high-quality fashion accessories to women in Australia and the world. Our designs are a fusion of modernity and tradition, versatile enough to be a part of every woman’s daily life—from day to night, travel to work essentials. Our collections feature ethical materials, including leather that is a by-product of Colombia's meat farming industry, palm straw, fair trade acrylic, silver, and natural stones.
