Statement from our founder: In the current climate, there appears to be a rise in stress/anxiety-induced mental breakdown, which might be due in part to the normalization of seeking mental support and therapy. I believe I am in the right space and using my training I can work alongside individuals to address their mental health issues, learn skills, and take steps towards healing and thriving.
