In 2015 Alex & Kherington Ballet Shoe Design was created. Ballet dancers have a special relationship with their shoes. They learn to sew the elastics and ribbons and burn the ribbon ends at an early age. They break them in and wear them until they are worn out. As a Ballet Mom, I know that ballerinas go through hundreds of shoes over the course of their dance career. This is why I have dedicated my creativity to the art of ballet shoe design and shoe making.
