ALF Enterprises (ALFE) is the commercial division of the Adept Living Foundation (ALF) CIC that aims to create funds for ALF's good works. ALF does this by providing Mental Wellbeing and Awareness, Policy Development, Training and Peer Coaching to other organisations. With a combined background in Senior Director positions, Entrepreneurship, and Psychological Interventions, the Directors and staff of ALFE are well placed to promote the People and Business matters programme which ensures that staff are suitably healthy, motivated, and purposefully focused to meet business objectives. This is because, meaning and purpose, together with social cohesion, leads to successful communities.
