At ALFA LUPO we help historic cities and heritage venues to create and deliver interactive content for each visitor profile as well as tools to find their way around. Our job is to facilitate what visitors are looking for and how they want it, and reduce any frictions in the delivery of that experience. We achieve this by providing a mobile webapp, hence, there is no need to download an app form the stores. Unlike an audio guide or a typical app, we provide smart wayfinding and content according to the visitor’s expectations, language, available time, interests and particular needs. Our content management web platform allows the visitor to reproduce interactive and accessible content from any device without the need to download an app. We work with different types of content: Basic, Accessible, and Enriched. -Text and Images -Sign language videos, Subtitles, other languages, and Audiodesciptions -Video, Audio, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) The public space may be difficult to navigate especially if known map tools do not provide the solution of locating where the visitor is and where she wants to go. Wayfinding is not only about getting from point A to point B but showing the most significant route to that specific visitor. Our wayfinding tools include customized maps to locate relevant points of interest and an Augmented Reality function to help visitors locate themselves and find routes. Venues obtain visitors’ data about their behaviour, route, interests, and a tool for analysis.
