About Alfa81

Alfa has been interested in designing and building Boutiques for the luxury retail universe for almost 40 years – when the late architect Carlo Michelotti founded it. After various initial works (fitting out of hotels, private houses and commercial spaces), he started a cooperation with some important jewellery brands which Alfa still collaborates today. Together with the construction activity, Alfa has also been actively involved in designing for private clients for more than a decade: apartments, villas, offices and different kinds of shops, in Italy and worldwide. Our portfolio has thus enlarged through the years as we faced new researches and different scenarios. The global service offered by Alfa starts from the design, developed by our architectural dept and goes throughout a double path: drawings, sketches and 3D views that could help the client on one side, plus study and development of prototypes at our workshops on the other side. The next step is testing and discussing the possible design and finishing solutions with our builders too. Most of times this process involves a deep research of materials and the best way to blend them, in order to find new solutions and modern combinations. Our team of builders and specialists (for wood, metal, glass, stone and marble) also carries out the furniture installation. All steps of our work are carefully followed and guaranteed by our architects, including local surveys, meetings with clients and local contractors and supervising of final installations all over the world. Alfa also deals with the refurbishment of existing Boutiques all over the world. Our logistic department completes Alfa’s tasks through a specialized support for packaging and shipment worldwide, as a well as a global assistance as far as storage is concerned, through our warehouses, according to the client requests.
