About AlFaisal MedTimes Magazine

Debuting on an ideal date of January 2009, the College of Medicine newsletter, Med Times, was founded by Mohammed Khusheim, a medical student, to offer a wide variety of features that enabled all medical students to fulfill their writing desires, incorporate their character, and, as its motto says, “Voice Youself!” From news and updates on college events and activities, student achievements and experiences, personal articles, student quotes, constructive criticism, research abstracts, photo collages, and miscellaneous student-centred themes, Med Times aims to cover all and published bi-monthly targeting all readers. This newsletter was able to grow exponentially when its committee, the Press, was formed to adhere to its needs. The committee is made up from students in all batches spanning a variety of positions such as reporters, photographers, editors, and designers who work together to produce Med Times.
